How often will the system need to be serviced or maintained (especially in cold or humid locations), and are replacement parts readily available?
Do you live in a climate where the system is covered by a warranty?
Do you have sufficient access to the sun for hot water heaters, and what kind of booster system is best for your needs?
Regarding gas hot water systems: Are you able to utilize natural gas, or will you need to use LPG gas bottles?
Will the location of the heat pump system be such that you or your neighbors will be bothered by the noise it makes, especially at night?
Which system will be suitable for your demands (such as the number of bathrooms and family size), temperature, and environment (such as the availability of natural gas and the number of hours of sunlight on your roof)?
Will this work need the submission of a NOI and a Certificate of Compliance? Will you receive a copy for your records?
